trulysos.com ("trulysos", "we", "us") lets buyers place orders with shops and individual sellers, and lets shops/sellers manage those orders. We connect the two sides and pass the order between them — we are not a party to any transaction, and we don't buy, sell, or deliver anything ourselves.
trulysos does not process, collect, or hold any payment. Money for an order is agreed and exchanged directly between the buyer and the seller — by cash, UPI, or any method they agree on — entirely outside this platform. We are not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or non-payment between buyer and seller.
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place or fulfil an order on trulysos. If you're using this on behalf of a shop, you're confirming you're authorised to do so.
Provide a real name and phone number so the shop can reach you, and treat sellers respectfully. Placing an order is a commitment to buy from that seller under whatever terms (price, availability) were shown at the time.
trulysos doesn't verify item availability, quality, authenticity, or delivery, and doesn't guarantee any order will be fulfilled. Disputes about an order itself are between the buyer and the seller.
A buyer may leave one thumbs up/down rating per completed order. Ratings reflect individual buyer experiences and aren't verified or audited by trulysos.
We may remove a listing, order, or account that violates these terms, is unlawful, or is the subject of a valid court or government order — generally within 36 hours of such an order, per applicable Indian law.
trulysos is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, listing inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
